SHIPPING POLICY:
LEAD TIME:
All orders are usually processed and shipped in one to three business days. This does not count time on the road by the delivering carrier.
TRACKING NUMBERS:
We DO NOT automatically send out tracking numbers. You must email us or write a note on your order that you need a tracking number.
CARRIERS
While you are given the choice at check out between US Mail and UPS we may sometimes choose to change that carrier. You MUST email us if you must have a certain carrier over another.
PACKAGING:
We take great care in packing your order so the products are not damaged in shipping. If you have a damaged package received, please contact us at once. Please notify the delivering carrier if the problem and the damage.
