This is a 2 inch Mushroom Buffing Wheel with 1/4" shank. Also know as Facer Buffs. These buffs are great for getting into hard to reach places. They can be used with all types of buffing compounds including liquid and pastes. They work great on manifolds, wheels, bowls, inside finishing and many other applications. Mushroom buffs are sold pre-mounted to a steel 1/4 inch shank.
