Full Disc Loose Buffs are made of 20 loose plies of material sewn together with a row of sewing around the center hole. The cotton used to make this wheel is a 60/60 thread count, meaning 60 cotton threads per square inch. This is a soft flexible buff good for buffing or coloring all types of metal, plastics, and wood. These wheels are about a ¼" thick and are meant to be stacked together on the buffing shaft of your buffing machine to build the desired thickness( 4 wheels makes a 1 inch wide buff head). This wheel is mostly used as a final high luster wheel but can be used for all types of buffing. These buffs work great with all high luster buffing compounds.
