Buffing Mandrel #04 2" x 1/4" x 1" for 1/4 center hole buffs (1"face max) This mandrel is for mounting buffing wheels with ¼" arbor holes. The shank is also ¼" for ¼" tools and Drills. You can stack up to four, 20 ply buffing wheels on the shaft (1 inch maximum buff face).
